vee kat opis skang. i dunno monday blues or what. tapi memang malas gila. pagi tadi, pas mandi, terus p minum air juice. cket ja pon. then drive datang opis. sampai kat opis, dah duduk, tiba2 rasa macam duniaku berpusing balik. tangan and kaki dah berpeluh tapi tak sejuk macam before. cepat2 buat air milo and makan biskut. dah rasa ok cket, baru kuar p beli makanan skali ngan air sirap. my question is, vee nak p kat doctor, tapi nak cakap apa? sebab skang pas makan, vee dah rasa ok. dah tak nampak pusing2 dah. kang doc cakap vee menipu nak mc plak. camner ek? sabtu ahad, xde plak rasa camni. maybe sebab dok makan jer 24 jam kot. makan plak sume manis2 ja. so, camner ek? nak g jumpa doc ke tak? hurmmmm
wa hari2 memag sakit kepala... so bile dah biasa ni buat tak tau sahaja... nnti bile checkup baru ckp ngan doktor...

ye ker? memang normal ye kalo dah masuk 3rd trimester? next checkup rabu ni, baru nak tanya doc..memang biase ek nampak dunia sekeliling macam ombak? huhuhu. eh, due date kte dekat2x! wa tak cuak ker? dah nak dekat dah ni. hehe

i pun kalau nk jumpa doktor bgtau yg i sakit perut, sakit dada tak tau nk describe camne. haha. ala vee, u cakap ng doktor yg u rasa nk pitam.

ReplyDeleteIf eating helps, makan. Maybe not just sugar, it gives a temporary high pastu crash. Makan low GI stuff tgk camna.. Whole grains, wheat bread, brown rice, vegetables etc. Might help, i didn't get that in my 3rd trimester. Earlier with the twins, major pusing and kepala nak pecah.. but that was hormones. Double check with Dr Idris just to be sure
