Konon-konon juicing

Assalam,
Salam jumaat!
Ni cite semalam. Baru 2-3 buat juice. Everytime pon different recipe. Konon2 nk boost weight loss la. Tapi derhaka recipe,g letak pisang! Kalo tak,rasa kebuluran. Hahaha

Ada terbaca somewhere, juicing patutnye 40% fruit, 60% veggies. So,semalam ikut la rate tu. Letak epal hijau, salad, celery, carrot and halia cket. Hasilnya


Super tak sedap okeh! I buat satu tumbler tu, mampu minum half je. Punya la x yummy! Last2, sebab nak abeskan jugak,i add in soya. Hahahha,cheat lagi! Memang x berhasil la weight loss ni jawabnye. Tapi,akan diteruskan jugak kot sebab using this way, I makan veggies lebih cket. If not, memang ciput sangat or tak makan langsung! Hahaha
